Flat Roof Inspection
Before recommending repair, coating, or replacement, we inspect the entire flat roof system. Membrane condition, insulation integrity, and drainage patterns all factor into our recommendation.
Your Options
Your proposal includes membrane type, insulation R-value, drainage design, and warranty coverage. If multiple options make sense, we price all of them so you can compare and choose what fits your budget and goals.
Membrane Installation
Insulation board cut and installed with staggered joints. Membrane installed over insulation per manufacturer specs. All penetrations (pipes, vents, HVAC curbs) receive custom-fabricated flashing. Drains and scuppers cleared and properly connected to the new membrane system.
Final Inspection
After installation, we verify drainage by checking water flow to all drain points. No ponding. Every seam tested. Manufacturer warranty registered, 15-20 year coverage depending on system and build-up.
